30 Years of Experience

RAN-Design provides design, drafting and project management services, and is able to provide service in 38 states. I, Randy Belling, have partnered up with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineers to provide a complete service to satisfy your needs.

I have 15 years of architectural and structural experience and 15 years of hands-on construction experience, with diverse experience developing commercial / retail and restaurant architecture. My background includes project management expertise for single-track projects and multiple projects within national corporate, prototypical rollout settings.

I am vice president of the "Retail Design Institute – St. Louis Chapter". I have been a member of this organization since 2005.
